1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, ;lightly beaten
1 3/4 c. milk - use evaporated milk for a creamy custard
1 T. melted butter
1/2 c. whiskey
cinnamon for spinkling over the top
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 450º for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 minutes until firm.
