12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion evenly over the bottom of the pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute.Pour this liquid mixture over the other ingredients already in the pie plate. Bake until golden brown on top, approximately 50-55 minutes. If a knife inserted into the middle of the quick comes out clean it is done.Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

I like to add sliced mushrooms, broccoli florets, or spinach when making this quiche. Just add them in the with the bacon, cheese etc.
