1 c. margarine, softened
2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1/2 c. cold coffee
3-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Icing:
3 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
2-3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together margarine, brown sugar and eggs until creamy. Stir in the 1/2 cup cold coffee. Stir in flour and spices. Chill for 1 hour. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 º for 8 to 10 minutes. Top of cookie will leave imprint when done.
Icing: Mix powdered sugar and margarine together. Gradually add vanilla and milk. Beat until creamy.
