4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup Marsala wine (sweet)
3 T butter
1/2 cup beef or veal stock
1/4 c cornstarch
Fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker.
2. Top chicken with garlic, mushrooms, butter and wine. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
3. Use slotted spoon to remove chichen to a plate.
4. Whisk together broth and cornstarch til dissolved, then pour into slow cooker and stir.
5. Add chicken back in cooker, cover and cook another 20-30 minutes until sauce is thickened.
6. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Sprinkle with parskey.
