3 to 4 large squash grated and let sit
3 to 4 eggs beaten
2 T flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 T garlic powder
1/4 cup parmasean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze grated zucchini in a dish towel to reduce moisture. Mix all ingredients together and cook on buttered pan to resemble pancakes. Each fritter takes @ 10 minutes to cook.
