1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Beat butter and cream cheese together until creamy. Gradually add flour, beat well. Cover and chill 2 hours.

Press 1 inch ball of dough into each lightly greased miniature (1 3/4 inch) muffin cup making a pastry shell. Set aside.

Combine brown sugar and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Stir in pecans. Spoon 1 tablespoon pecan mixture into each pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Remove from pans immediately, and cool completely on wire racks.
