1 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Chili Beans in Medium Sauce (I like Brooks)
1 small bag shredded cheese
3 tomatoes, diced
1 regular size bag Doritos, crushed into pieces
1 regular bottle Catalina Salad Dressing
1 head lettuce, chopped
Sour Cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger with onion, drain.
Add chili beans until all mixed and heated.
Put into bowl to cool.
When ready to assemble.
Put shredded lettuce in a big and I do mean big bowl. Tupperware with a lid is perfect.
Put hamburger/bean mixture on top.
Then add cheese, tomato.
When ready to serve, add the whole bag of crushed doritos and the whole bottle of Catalina Dressing, mix thoroughly. Serve. Sour cream on the side.

This is so good. Perfect for a reunion.I recommend eat it all it one sitting because the chips will get soggy. But some of my family doesn't mind. Perfect for a one meal dish also.
