- Dijon mustard
- maple syrup
- salt
- pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Season salmon with salt and pepper and spread Dijon mustard and maple syrup up on each filet. Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the salmon.
