3 cups self-rising flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 package of yeast
1/4 cup luke warm water
6 tbsp. oil
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl. In a separate small bowl mix sugar and yeast. Add water and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Make a well in the middle of the flour and add oil, yeast mixture and buttermilk. Mix well. Place on floured surface and knead well (a good bit).

Roll and cut with biscuit cutter. Place on greased pan. Let rise. Bake at 425º until golden brown.
