1.14 oz. Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2. 6 cups moist shredded coconut
3. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4. 1-½ teaspoons almond extract
5. 6 oz. jar Maraschino cherries, drained well

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend first 4 ingredients together in mixing bowl.
2. Drop by teaspoons, one inch apart, onto well-greased cookie sheet.
3. Cut cherries in half. Press half of a cherry onto each cookie.
4. Bake in 350º oven until cookie edges are lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Remove at once (quickly) from cookie sheet. Let cool.
