1 to 2 pounds of catfish
2 T lemon juice
1/8 t salt and pepper
1/4 t paprika and garlic powder
Bread crumbs, soft. You can put bread in a blender or food processor to make some, or buy some.
Oil

Sauce:
1/2 c miracle whip or mayonnaise
2 T French salad dressing
pepper, salt, garlic powder and paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice. Make the bread crumbs. In the bread crumbs put the salt, pepper, garlic and paprika powder and mix. Heat oil in a large skillet. Wet the fish aned roll in the crumbs to stick. Fry over medium heat until brown on both sides. For the sauce, put all of the ingredients together and mix well. Serve with the fish.

I love fried fish. Who doesn't like fried food of any kind? I like to serve it with fried potatoes or french fries and coleslaw.
