2 boxes chocolate fudge cake mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs


Icing:
1/2 pkg. cream cheese
1 can vanilla icing
( or u can just use the Betty Crocker brand cream cheese icing)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first three ingredients, roll into small balls and press on cookie sheets, or drop from cookie scoop. Bake on convection at 350ºF for about 10 minuets. Check on them every now and then so they don't get too crispy.
Combine icing ingredients, if you choose to make the homemade icing. Press together two cookies, when cookies are cool, with about 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. icing.
