1/2 c. oleo
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
12 slices bread

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo in a 9x13 pan and then add the brown sugar and cinnamon, blending well. Next, layer the 12 slices of bread over this mixture. Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pour over the bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
