"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

3. Place salmon on your foil. Pour honey/butter mixture over salmon evenly. Sprinkle good amount of salt and then pepper. Fold the sides of foil and seal so mixture doesn't leak.
4. Bake for 15-18 minutes to desired doneness. Open foil packet and then place under broiler for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the top. Garnish with parsley and serve.
