1 lb. bow tie pasta
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
2 c. fresh baby spinach, washed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
18 - 20 plum tomatoes, sliced
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, sliced thin
6 chicken breasts - cooked and cubed

Cook the pasta acccording to the package directions; drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again. In a large serving bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Add the pasta and toss until well combined. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
