1 1/2 c. sour milk 1 egg 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 T. melted butter
Beat egg until very light. Add milk, then add the flour sifted with soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter and bake on a hot waffle iron. (Add vinegar or lemon juice to milk to make it sour).
