1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Mix dry ingredients. Pour scalded milk over dry ingredients, stirring constantly. Cook until thick and smooth. Beat egg yolks and add small amount of the hot mixture to them. Combine the remaining custard and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla.
