1 pkg. yeast 1 c. warm water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 T. oil 2 1/2 c. flour
Put the yeast in the warm water. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix into a soft dough. Butter your pizza pan and spread the dough onto the pan. Add your favorite toppings and let rise. Bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes.
