1 thick bone in round steak (not tenderized)
Large onion
Potatoes
Bell Pepper
Squash
Egg Plant
Okra
Green Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Season steak, dip in flour then brown in vegetable oil.
Layer sliced vegetables. These can vary with what you have fresh. Be sure to top with sliced green tomatoes. Salt and pepper. This dish will make its on juice from the vegetables. Bake at 350º for an hour or until vegetables are tender. I use a cast iron dutch oven pot with a lid to make this dish.
