2 lbs Hamburger Meat
1 Onion, Chopped
½ cup diced Carrots
½ cup diced Celery
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 box medium-size Macaroni Shells, cooked and drained
½ cup Milk
1 Box Velveeta Cheese
Salt, Pepper & Garlic Salt

Directions:
Brown Ground beef, seasoning to taste with salt, pepper & garlic Salt. Add Chopped Onions when ground beef is ½ way done.
Dice Carrots & Celery, cook in small pot in water until tender. Drain and add to Ground beef & onion.
In a mixing bowl, mix Mushroom soup, Tomato sauce and Milk. Once blended, add to beef mixture.
Layer in a pan with pasta and meat mixture or Mix together in large bowl and then pour into a casserole dish.
Top with slice Velveeta Cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees until casserole is bubbly.
Serve with dinner rolls and salad.

This is a family recipe from my Mamaw from Texas. She would make it every time we visited or she visited because it was my favorite. She always made our favorite meals when we visited. HOWEVER, we aren’t sure where she got the recipe (she couldn’t remember) or who Jake was as we didn’t have a Jake in our family.
