1/2 C. butter
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 C. bananas, mashed
1/2 C. sour cream
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:
10 T. brown sugar
6 T. butter, melted
1/4 C. milk
1 C. nuts
1 C. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add beaten yolks, then bananas and cream. Mix dry ingredients; sift three times. Add to mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake for 35 minutes at 350. Cool cake for 2-3 minutes in pan.

For ICING:
Blend sugar and butter; mix in milk. Add nuts and coconut. Pour over cake in pan. Broil until brown.
