Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 oz pasta (elbow macaroni, shells, or something similar)
1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup of butter (cut into chunks)
1 Tbsp of mayo, sour cream, or plain yogurt
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
1 cup of whole milk
12 oz of cheddar cheese (cut into chunks)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the pasta. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook your pasta until it is "al dente." Drain the pasta and dump it into a 3-quart slow cooker.

Add all the other ingredients to the slow cooker and stir thoroughly. Cook for 2 1/2 hours on low; stirring it thoroughly at the one-hour mark. Give it another good stir before serving.

You can jazz this up by using different cheeses. I like to use 8 oz of cheddar and 4 oz of Colby cheese. Try white cheddar to make a "Panera" version!
