1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 boneless skinless turkey breast (2 to 3 lb.)
1 1/2 c. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion in 4 1/2 quart crock pot. Combine garlic, rosemary, and pepper in small bowl, set aside.
Cut slices about 3/4 of the way through the turkey at two inch intervals. Rub garlic mixture between slices.
Place turkey, cut side up, in the pot. Pour orange juice over turkey.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
Serve sauce with the turkey when done.
