1 large box of chicken broth
1 med. onion
4 stalks of celery
as much minced garlic as you want
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 box of Zatahrans long grain wild rice
1 box of Uncle Bens long grain and wild rice

You can use Rotisserie chicken cut up,, put everything in a crock pot or a stock pot. Cook for about 35-40 mins. or until rice is cooked. And enjoy.
