2 lbs. round steak, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. paprika
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 can tomatoes (12 oz.)
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place steak cubes, onion and garlic into crockpot. Stir in flour and coat the steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except the sour cream. Stir well; cover and cook on low for 7-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving and stir well.
