8 Eggs, beaten

1/2 Cup Self-Rising Flour

2 Cups Cottage Cheese

1/2 lb Cheddar Cheese

1/2 lb Pepper Jack Cheese

1 Small Can Mushrooms

1/4 lb Butter

7 oz Can Chilies

1 1/2 cup Bacon, Sausage, or Ham, cooked and finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Stir in flour. Add all cheeses, meats, and mushrooms; mix well. Melt butter in 9X13 baking dish. Pour egg mixture in to buttered dish.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees; bake 30 minutes longer. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
