1 egg, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 T. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 T. butter, melted
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, broccoli, corn, onion, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and stuffing; add 3/4 c. of the stuffing to the vegetable mixture. Put in a casserole and sprinkle the remaining stuffing on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 F. for 35-40 minutes.
