2 T. onion, chopped
1 T. margarine or butter
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
1/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 oz. provolone cheese, cut in small pieces
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, cook the onion in hot margarine or butter until tender but not brown. Add corn, broccoli, carrot, and water. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in soup, milk, cheeses and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
