2 cup sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
1/2 cup water
1 cup butter
2 cup peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar, syrup, water until sugar dissolves. Add butter. Let boil. Heat until 230º. Keep stirring constantly. Add nuts at 280º stir constantly until hard crack stage (300-305º) Remove from heat and quickly stir in soda and mix well. Pour onto two buttered cookie sheets
