1 ˝ cups peanut butter
1 cup butter, softened
˝ teaspoon vanilla
6 cups confectioners’ sugar
4 cups semi- sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together the peanut butter, butter, vanilla and sugar. Dough will look dry. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Press a toothpick into the top of each ball (for dipping) and chill in freezer until firm (30 minutes).
Melt the chocolate chips in a double broiler (or set over a pan of simmering water). Stir until smooth.

Dip frozen peanut butter ball into the chocolate. Leave a small amount of the peanut butter showing….so they look like buckeyes. Refrigerate until serving.
