1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Dark Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Medium Bananas, mashed
1 c. Zucchini, grated
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 Nuts, chopped (walnuts, pecans, almonds, or cashews)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

3. In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients.

4. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in the nuts.

5. Grease a 9x12 bread pan.

6. Bake for 1 hour.
