2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp almond extract
Beat until light yellow.

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Add to batter above.

2 cups almonds
Stir in almonds.

Divide dough into four parts. Shape into two inch diameter logs, and refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour.

Leave a lot of space between logs (they spread) using two baking sheets.

Cut while warm.
