Venison Loin
Hickory Smoked Bacon
Louisiana Cajun Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1.Cut venison into 1 1/2 inch chunks.
2. Cut bacon slices in half.
3. Place venison chunk on bacon slice .
4, Sprinkle with Cajun Seasoning and roll up bacon around the venison.
5.Secure with a round tooth pick.
6.Place roll ups on a cooking sheet and cook in a 375º oven for about 15 minutes.Remove from oven.
7. Turn oven up to Broil and place roll ups back in the oven and broil until brown on one side.
8.Remove from oven and turn the roll ups over and brown .
9. Remove from oven and place on a paper towel to drain any excess grease from the roll ups.
*Do Not Overcook
