1 cup cocoa
2 cups white sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In mixer, combine cocoa, white sugar and vegetable oil. Then add eggs and vanilla. Finally add flour, baking powder, and salt.

Let sit in fridge for 1-4 hours. Roll and place in icing sugar then on pan using the # 40 scoop.

Bake @ 350 F for 10-12 minutes
