Meatballs

2 lbs lean ground hamburger meat
½ cup bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
½ cup milk


Meatball Sauce
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
¼ cup ketchup
¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce (or to taste)

Directions:

Mix and roll the above into balls, then roll in flour. Heat a bit of oil in a fry pan and brown the meatballs, then put them into a casserole dish. Pour sauce over meatballs and brown in oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until heated through.

Mom would make about 5 times the recipe because the boys would eat them while she was making them.
