Ingredients:
2-3 pieces of chicken
1-2 big carrots - sliced
2-3 pieces of celery - sliced
1/4 of an onion - sliced
3-4 peppers - thinly sliced (Red, Green, Yellow, Orange)

1 can of water chestnuts - sliced
Corn Starch & Water
1 pack of six fortune instant stir fry noodle
Golden Dragon Thick Teriyaki Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken into cubes & cook in a big pan. Once cooked, add carrots and onion. Add a bit of water and steam. Add celery & peppers, let steam a bit. You want the vegetables a bit crunchy. Add teriyaki sauce and stir (depends how much sauce you like on your noodles). Mix together some cold water and corn starch and add it to the pan to make the sauce thicker. Add bok chop, bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
In another pot, bowl water and follow directions on the noodles package.
Once noodles are cooked, drain water and add them to the pan with the vegetables & sauce. Add more teriyaki as needed.
Enjoy!
