Make sandwiches from Ritz crackers and peanut butter.

In a double boiler--melt chocolate and dip sandwich cookies into chocolate and cover completely. Shake off excess chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.

Can vary by using flavored peanut butter, almond butter, or Nutella. Can also use white almond bark if desired.
