2 heads cabbage
Onion
Mayonnaise
1 packet Salad Herb (sold in Old Country Store in Nashville Indiana)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cabbage in food processor or blender(process in small bursts).

Add remaining ingredients, all to taste.

(May we suggest adding the Salad Herbs a little at a time, to suit your liking).

Let chill at least one hour before serving.

(Opt: 1-3 shredded carrots; 3 green onions, chopped or onion chopped; 3 ribs shredded celery or 1/2 to 1 teas celery seed; (1 to 2 cups mayo).
