1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
2 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together until well blended. Add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients until dough is completely mixed. Don't chill dough. Put small amounts of dough into a cookie press. Press onto ungreased cookie sheet. If desired sprinkle with sugar crystals. Bake 7-8 minutes in a 400º oven. Cool.
