1 C Oil
3 Eggs
2 C Sugar
2 C Flour
1 t Salt
1/2 t Ground cloves
1/2 t Ground nutmeg
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 t Vanilla
3 C Unpeeled, raw apples, cut into small cubes.

Directions:

Mix oil, eggs and sugar together and beat until fluffy. Gradually add other dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in apples. Put into a greased, floured bundt pan and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 350º.
