2 T. butter
3 T. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar (sifted)
1/3 c. instant dry milk
3 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine powdered sugar and dry milk, set aside
Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat and add water and vanilla.
Mix in dry mixture, 1/2 c. at a time until smooth and creamy.
Stir in coconut. If mixture seems dry add a few drops of water.
If desired, add nuts, chocholate or butterscotch bits.

Pour into an 8" x 8" glass pan and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into small squares,
