4-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 jars of salsa (your choice of heat level)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken at bottom of crock pot, pour both jars of salsa over chicken to fully cover them, cook on low all day. Thirty minutes before serving, remove chicken, shred it with a fork and return it to the sauce/salsa in the crock pot. Heat through for another 15 minutes and serve.

This chicken is great over white rice (but not over an Asian sticky rice), wide egg noodles, or eaten with flour tortillas. The meat is a great foundation for tacos or burritos too! You can also get creative and add other things to it like onions or bell peppers.
