Crust:
2 cups fine crumbs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. melted butter

Cream filling:
2 lbs. cottage cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 lemon, juice and rind
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup flour
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a spring form pan well. Combine crust ingredients and pat down well on bottom and sides. Set aside.

Beat the eggs and sugar well until very light. Add salt and lemon juice. Stir in the cream well. Mix flour into the cottage cheese and add to the mixture. Strain thru a fine sieve. Add the grated lemon rind. Pour into the prepared spring form pan. Bake in 325º oven for one hour. Turn off the heat and let the cake cool in unopened oven.
