1/2 C. jalapeno pepper jelly
1/2 C. sour cream
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Although is says "Jalapeņo" in the title, don't' let that scare you away. The sweetness of jelly cools it down the jalapeņo for a delicious and unique flavor. Serve over a homemade taco salad. Ole!
