1 Lb Navy Beans
Ham bone
2 Diced Carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Soak navy beans for 1 hour. Cook in fresh water with a ham bone. Add diced carrots and salt/pepper. Cook until beans are done (about 4 hours)

Cook diced onion in butter. Add onions to soup when beans are cooked.
