1 T. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt

1/2 c water
1 T. honey
1 package yeast
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
375º 35 minutes

Melt the butter in milk and add sugar and salt. Cool.

Add yeast in water and honey. Wait 10 minutes or more

Add everything together (little by little)

Kneed dough in two parts 10 minute each

Let rise, about an hour

Punch and make loaves in pans

Wait 30 minutes (or until double size) then heat up oven

Cook for 35 minutes, lay on racks and in 10 minutes take out of pans

Melt butter on top
