Ingredients:
3-6 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick pork chops, if frozen, thaw completely.
1 tsp. Cavender's All-Purpose Greek Seasoning (or Morton's Nature's Seasoning)
1/2 c. Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce (or other brand as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Broiler (Top oven heating unit to 500 - 550º)

Line a medium sized cookie sheet with foil. Spray lightly with non-stick spray. Sprinkle both sides of each pork chop with the Cavender's Greek All-Purpose Seasoning and lay them side by side on the cookie sheet.

Place the cookie sheet with the pork chops about 4 inches from the broiler heating element for about 4 minutes. Remove from oven and brush the top of the pork chops generously with the barbecue sauce and turn them over. Add more barbecue sauce to the top side before returning to oven for 4 more minutes. Continue broiling, turning and basting on the barbecue sauce every 3-4 minutes until juices run clear. Should only take one to two turnings.
