1¼ Cup Salted Butter, softened
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tsp. Baking soda
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Pastry Flour
2 cups Oatmeal
Ungreased cookie sheets

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pre-heat oven to 350º F.
2) In a large bowl, cream together water, butter and brown sugar until smooth. Combine 1 cup each All-Purpose and Pastry flour (or 2 cups All-Purpose), baking soda, and oatmeal. Stir into the creamed mixture. Roll and cut cookies and place on onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3) Bake in 350º oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
