2 cans of white cannellini beans
8 cups chicken broth
2 cloves garlic minced
2 medium onions chopped
1 T oil
2 cans (4oz) chopped green chilies
2 t ground cumin
1 1/2 t oregano
1/4 t ground cloves
1/4 t Cayenne pepper
4 cups cooked and diced (or shredded chicken breast)
3 C grated monterey jack cheese (save 1/2 for garnish)

Garnish; Cilantro, Sour cream and blue corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredient in crockpot (except cheese) cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Add 1/2 of the cheese to the chili and reserve the other 1 1/2 cup cheese for garnish.
Serve with cheese, Sour cream and Cilantro, and blue corn chips.
