1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup ketsup
**or 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can tomato paste

1-2 t of Italian seasoning
4 large green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown burger, added rice and ketchup ** or tomato sauce and tomato paste.
stir in Italian seasoning. Heat thoroughly.
Meanwhile, cut tops off green peppers and take out seeds.
Boil in large pot of water for approx. 5-7 mins. until peppers are tender but still firm.
Carefully drain water and fill each pepper with burger/rice mixture.

Stand peppers up in a 8x8 baking dish. Bake in a 350deg. over for 10 to 15 mins. until heated thru.
